In Photos: David Byrne’s Night 2026 – KOKO, London

David Byrne’s Night began four years ago to celebrate Scottish Icon Robert Burn, and Scottish born icon, David Byrne. The night, of which has grown from the Moth Club stage to Festival Main Stage performances, and now a UK tour, celebrates the music of Talking Heads/David Byrne and the poetry of Robert Burns via performances from supergroups made up of heavyweights of the alternative scene.

The rise of this celebration, and now eagerly anticipated event, is summed up not only by its move from Moth Club to KOKO but also that it’s now a touring attraction. With Manchester and Glasgow legs on sale and quickly sold out for 2026. Joining the supergroups this year were the likes of Adam Buxton, Lynks, Witch Post, The Pogues, Man/Woman/Chainsaw, English Teacher, Lime Garden, Deadletter, Gina Birch, The Itch, Gretel, Lambrini Girls and many many more.

Checking in on the London leg, a sold out Saturday at the historic KOKO, we captured the celebrations via the photography of Anna Delf.
