Tunbridge Wells’ Lady Bird have released a new single called ‘LOVE’. The single is released via Slaves’ Girl Fight Records and keeps up the momentum for the band ahead of a UK tour later this month. Lady Bird are a thoughtful bunch, everything they do has a purpose, so whilst the track moves at a million miles an hour,be sure to take in the message. Frontman, Sam Cox tells us a bit more about the track.
“ ‘LOVE’ is set in the ranks of a dysfunctional relationship, where we use this opportunity to nod at the wider narrative of love, which taps into our innate humanity and is manifest through a variety of ways and forms. In this sense it’s not restricted to that of romance, and self-love for instance is a good example which takes its part in the tune.”
