Track: Not From England – Something To Do
Our new favourite LA band, Not From England, have shared a new video for album track ‘Something To Do’. A track written in boredom during the depression of Covid but brought to life when taken to the whole band. Across their releases to date you’ll find slacker rock, combined with more straight forward indie hits. From Primal Scream to Twin Peaks (the band), Fidlar to Waaves, it’s all there. High energy fun which’ll no doubt have rooms bouncing and bumping before long. Join Not From England on their hunt for Bigfoot via the video above.
What They Said: “The video was created by an aspiring filmmaker, Luke Jonsson. We shot it in just a few hours in Will Rodgers Park in Los Angeles, continuing the journey we began in our Delivery on The Way. He brought a few ideas to us and we loved the searching for Bigfoot idea, ending with Bigfoot devouring us. He experimented and did a great job using claymation to make that come to life. And he used the flash of us taking a polaroid of Bigfoot to transition into the claymation. I think he did a great job of capturing the similar tone of the song with the video and we are really proud with how it came out!”
