It’s no secret that The Great Escape is our favourite way to kick off festival season. As we prepare ourselves to dash between venues to catch our favourite new bands during tonight’s First Fifty launch event in London, The Great Escape have announced their first wave of artists in full.

Alongside those playing tonight, the First Fifty is completed by Bishopskin, Cosmorat, DARTZ, Ebbb, En Attendant Ana, ENOLA, Fiona-Lee, Food House, Rum Jungle, Sailor Honeymoon, SILA LUA, Ugly and YHWH Nailgun. Many of whom have already featured within our pages and played our club night stages.

Looking ahead to the big event in May, The Great Escape have also announced their first spotlight show with Faye Webster and that Spain will be their lead country partner.
