Everyone’s favourite Brighton party, The Great Escape, have announced 90+ new names to join the line up for May’s festival.
With the history to back it up, TGE prides itself in being the festival for new music, and the latest announcements prove why. Big returners include The Big Moon and Willie J Healey for whom the festival will have played a big part in their exciting beginnings.
At So Young, we have our eyes firmly set on the invitations sent to brand new emerging bands and artists, and it’s great to see today’s announcement brings even more exciting additions. Joining the fun in May will be Lime Garden, English Teacher, Humour, Oscar Browne, Sam Akpro, Deadletter, Sylvie, Enumclaw, cumgirl8 and more.
The Great Escape are building the excitement for the festival across the country, and Liverpool is the next stop. As part of the series of live gigs in the run up to the festival, Jimmy’s Liverpool will play host to Brighton natives Lime Garden, with support acts TBA on 2 March. Tickets are on sale for £11 here.
