One of Australia’s currently rising musical groups, intriguingly titled Folk Bitch Trio, have released their latest single ‘God’s a Different Sword’ – a euphonious track that beautifully captures the band’s talent in vocal harmonies and acoustic arrangements.
The gentle instrumentals weave into the melancholy lyrics, which explore themes of self-reflection and improvement – the band have been praised for their pensive lyricism which is perfectly demonstrated in the new single. ‘God’s a Different Sword’ follows up two previous releases from Folk Bitch Trio in 2023, setting the stage for a busy year that includes a world tour in the books for the band.
Folk Bitch Trio are one of the most exciting indie-folk groups to watch right now, with each release improving on the last.
