Following on from industry murmurings, a smattering of live shows, and the tantalizing woof-woofs of last month’s single ‘Dogs in Heaven’, London’s Silver Gore – comprising duo Ethan P. Flynn and Ava Gore – have gone in hard on its soaring follow-up ‘All The Good Men’.
Coming alongside the announcement of a debut EP on September 12th via Island Records, ‘All The Good Men’, is a marching, late 00s-leaning alt-pop ‘anthem’ (dare I say it) that takes the world-defying assurance of M.I.A’s ‘Paper Plane’ and wraps it up in the nostalgic optimism of MGMT’s ‘Oracular Spectacular’. Wrankled with doubt, yet tingling with a borderless appetite for adventure, it’s glorious, colourful and deliciously addictive.
The new track from Silver Gore also lands in anticipation of festival shows to come this summer, (including Green Man on the single’s release) and a tour across Europe with Water From Your Eyes this Autumn.
